During this period of heightened concern over the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus), your CUBEX team would like to share the steps we’re taking to both limit its spread and to provide you with the service required to ensure your continued success. Our primary objective as always is to ensure the health and safety of our partners and employees.
CUBEX will maintain current levels of telephonic and on-line support for all veterinary customers (24 hours per day, 7 days per week).
If an on-site visit should be required during this time, we will coordinate with your team to review our specific response posture levels and the Standard Operating Procedures we have established to comply with all facility access, personal protective equipment, and infection control guidelines under which you and your customers are operating.
