How long is the trial?
3 months from your go-live date. Your Customer Success Manager will guide onboarding and periodic check-ins.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. You can cancel any time within the first 3 months. If you return the Mini, the small restocking fee applies.
What does the trial cost?
$0 per month for the first 3 months plus a one-time $999 onboarding fee that covers shipping and remote training. If you do not continue, a small restocking fee applies.
Is there any other setup or activation cost?
No additional setup or activation fees beyond the $999 onboarding.
What happens after 3 months?
