With the ongoing and increasingly alarming issue of substance abuse and suicide rates in the veterinary industry, we continue to focus on providing solutions that help make controlled substances less accessible to everyone and more secure, without impacting efficiency of the overall practice. Fingerprint ID and automatic logging keeps detailed reports of who dispensed medication and in what quantity, allowing you to have more awareness of controlled substance activity.

For the past 12 years, we’ve been honored to protect the pharmacies, treatment areas, and supply rooms of the world’s premier veterinary hospitals and educational institutions, and increasingly, in the practice right down the street. At our corporate headquarters, we place a logo for each customer who joins our family onto a mosaic, and we’re incredibly proud each time we add a new one to the display.

Our History

CUBEX LLC was co-founded in 2008 by Anton Visser and associates as a comprehensive inventory solution suitable for several industries. Over the next decade, CUBEX became the leader in inventory management technologies, adding many of the nation’s largest pharmacies, long-term care facilities, universities, and veterinary hospitals as customers. Today, CUBEX is now the parent organization for three wholly owned subsidiaries: CUBEX Veterinary Solutions, MedBank Medical Solutions, and Zimbis, which focuses on the dental market.

CUBEX is growing rapidly and continues to emerge into new markets, including dental laboratories, ambulatory surgery centers, oral maxillofacial surgeons, ophthalmologists, and first responders. As the company continues to expand, the foundation of it remains the same, as a family-owned, led, and oriented company—with each new employee welcomed personally by the Visser’s.
