Patient and clinical activity begins in Provet Cloud.
Provet Cloud sends checked-in or scheduled patients to CUBEX. After invoicing, the patient and owner records are deactivated in CUBEX.
An authorized user dispenses the required medication or supply.
CUBEX records the patient, user, item, quantity, date, and time.
Dispense records return to a queue in Provet Cloud for review before they are added to the patient invoice.
Provet Cloud manages patient, clinical, scheduling, billing, and practice-management workflows.
CUBEX manages physical medication access, cabinet inventory, dispensing records, audit history, and controlled-substance accountability.
Inventory records remain separate unless synchronization is confirmed for the configured environment.
