What is the difference between Mini Essential and a software-only or manual lockbox solution?

Software records what someone tells it. It cannot stop a drawer from opening, identify who opened it, or count what is inside. If a staff member forgets to enter a transaction, the log is wrong and nobody knows until the count fails. A manual lockbox provides neither the record nor the identification.
